Chapter 3: Coping with your fear

- Fear can take many forms. It can rob you of your confidence and cause you to worry about the future. Sometimes fear is a general feeling and not about anything specific.
- You can become stuck in fear and closed to new opportunities.
- Talk to your family doctor or a counsellor if fear and anxiety are preventing you from living your life or if you often feel panic.
