Chapter 2: Coping with your guilt
Introduction
Feeling guilt and regret after a death is common and normal. It can also be very painful. You may regret something you did or didn't do, something you said or wished you had said. You might feel guilty about past decisions. Guilt can keep you trapped in the past and increase your fear and uncertainty. Guilt can make you feel worthless.
In this chapter, you will learn more about guilt and some ways to cope with your guilt.
