- Though you will grieve in your own way, you will share common feelings, thoughts, and stories with others who have been through the death of someone close.
- Unexpected events, places, people, and objects can trigger deep feelings of grief. It is helpful to remember that this is normal and to be expected.
- Faith can provide comfort and strength, or it may be challenged by the death of someone important to you.
- As you try to make sense of your loss, life may lose purpose and meaning for a while. This is normal.
