Actions that keep you stuck
Sometimes what we do keeps us stuck. For example, we may hold on to all of the person's belongings. A job may be lost because of frequent visits to the cemetery during work hours.
While these behaviours can be comforting in the short-term, we risk becoming stuck when we delay the task of letting go.

Spending hours and hours over many days looking at old pictures. | Spending time with friends and family. |
Saying no to new opportunities in life that may present themselves. | Saying yes to invitations and trying new things. |
