Remember that you cannot learn everything, especially not all at once.

Ask for help from friends and family with everyday tasks while you are grieving. If you are able:   

Did the person who died make all your family’s plans? Was she the one who organized social events in your family? It can be overwhelming to try to fill every role of the person who died.
