The previous chapters have outlined the stresses and challenges during COVID-19 that may contribute to our grief.  We now turn our focus to the factors that can help us cope with, move through, and grow from our grief.

This chapter will introduce some ways to improve our sense of well-being as we grieve and adjust to the public health precautions of COVID-19.
